We'd rather you understood the system
Most bad plumbing outcomes come from a customer who couldn't evaluate the recommendation. The fix for that isn't trust — it's showing people how their own system works.
Why a schematic
Every house has the same basic diagram: cold water in from the meter, some of it diverted through a heater, hot and cold distributed to fixtures, everything draining out through a vented waste system. Almost every problem we get called about sits at an identifiable point on that diagram.
Once someone can see where their failure sits, the recommendation stops being a mystery. That's why the drawing is on our homepage and why our technicians will sketch on a notepad if it helps. Red is hot, blue is cold, dashed is drain — it's not complicated, and you're entitled to understand it.
Four things we hold to
Show, don't assert
Camera footage and gauge readings get put in front of you, not summarised afterward.
Offer the small fix
If a reset or a cheap part solves it, that's the recommendation — even on a paid call-out.
Price both paths
Where a cheap fix and a durable fix both exist, you see both numbers and choose.
State our limits
Electrical, septic, structural, restoration — named plainly, with a referral where we have one.
Claims we won't make
That hydro jetting is safe for every pipe regardless of condition. That a water softener will improve your water's taste. That a repair will outlast the manufacturer's own warranty on the part. That we know your property's backflow testing obligations better than your water purveyor does. Each of those is a common sales line, and each one is either wrong or not ours to promise.
Northwest side, working citywide
We work from Bandera Rd on the northwest side, covering San Antonio and surrounding communities within roughly 25 miles. If you're near the boundary, ask before booking — a straight no on the phone is better than a cancellation on the day.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, for plumbing work in the State of Texas. Backflow assembly testing requires a separate tester certification on top of plumbing licensure — ask us to confirm current certification when booking that specific service, and ask any other provider the same.
What don't you do?
Electrical work beyond connecting our own equipment, septic systems, foundation and structural work, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. We hit all of these regularly and will name them rather than stretching our scope.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind our workmanship and will return if something we did isn't right. Equipment and parts carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we won't overstate — ask about coverage on anything specific we install and you'll get the actual terms.
How do I know the recommendation isn't just an upsell?
Fair question, and the only real answer is evidence. We show camera footage and gauge readings rather than describing them, we name the cheaper option when it works, and we put both prices in front of you when two paths exist. Judge us on whether we've ever told you a problem was smaller than you feared.
Want to talk it through first?
No obligation. Describe the problem and we'll tell you what it likely points to.
